Making your life better doing few things....



Good afternoon everyone….. today i am going to write about many things that we need to do to be healthier ... 

1.Drinking a cup of water after and before breakfast, lunch and dinner would help us to remove toxins.

2.Changing natural juices for natural fruits because when you make juices the fiber is lost .

3.Doing exercise 3 times a week for 30 minutes per day give us the energy to continue our life 

4. Succeed in planning a healthy  diet limiting sugar and salt is the best way. 

5.Skipping meals can lead to out-of-control hunger, often resulting in overeating. 

6. Chewing your food slowly and savoring every bite connect us with the joy of eating. 

It's not just what you eat, it's how you eat !!!

  1. I agree with you. Nowadays There are many people like to eat junk food, especially children. In my opinion, If we want to have a healthy life, we should avoid eating junk food. Usually I try to eat healthy food, because junk food is too bad. I don't understand how parents give their children junk food.
